High Pressure Sodium (HPS) and Metal Halide (MH) have been the standard in indoor plant production for decades. Both have excellent light penetration and produce fantastic results. HPS has more warm red light and is traditionally used for flowering, MH has more blue and is mainly used for vegetative growth.
