Handling Time

We do our best to ship all in stock items the next business day, for large orders or during busy times we may need an extra 1-2 days. 

Remote Areas/Exceptions

Though it is rare shipping costs to certain remote areas are very high and we reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping costs are significantly more than expected.  If this happens we will contact you to discuss shipping options.

Details

We ship from our warehouse location at 10 Wyman Rd, Unit 7, Waterloo, Ontario.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, GLS, I.C.S, Fed Ex or Purolator and usually take a total of 2-5 business days for delivery. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and ready to be picked up by the carrier. 

Local Toronto Pick-ups

Though we are an online only store, we do offer local pickups in Toronto.  Pickups are available Wednesday and Friday from 10am-4pm.  To pickup orders please complete your purchase online and select Local Pickup at checkout.

Special Order / Backorder Items

Products which are special order or on backorder will be clearly marked on the product page like this:

If a product you order is on backorder or a special order we will contact you with expected shipping times. Your order will ship once all special order or backorder products have been received. Please allow 1-2 days for us to get back to you as we need to confirm availability.
